At The Duke, we believe that quality starts with making the right choices. As a Strategic Buyer, you serve as the link between our managers, our goals, and the market. You negotiate, analyze, advise, and optimize.

Your Role at The Duke

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work as a butler and develop your skills in a dynamic and luxurious environment. You’ll become an essential part of our butler team, which is always ready to exceed the expectations of our members and their guests.

Your responsibilities include preparing suites based on previously discussed requests, creating personalized guest profiles, and anticipating guests’ needs during their stay. You will be the first point of contact for hotel guests, coordinate with other departments, organize VIP amenities, and assist the Hospitality Manager with various tasks. You will help manage and oversee the suites and play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards.
