The Duke is an exclusive members-only business club in the heart of Brabant, featuring one of the most beautiful 18-hole golf courses in the Netherlands. Our restaurant, The Charles; various meeting rooms; the inviting Clubhouse; The Royal Duke, where we host large groups (from business events to weddings); and the luxurious Duke Suites make our club unique. Your Role at The Duke

As a service staff member, you’ll be serving guests, primarily Members of The Duke. You’ll work at The Duke Clubhouse and The Charles restaurant, tend the patio, and assist with various events such as weddings and exclusive business gatherings. This job offers plenty of variety: one moment you’ll be facilitating a meeting, the next you’ll be serving a luxurious 5-course dinner at The Charles restaurant. You’ll be working in a friendly team consisting of a mix of permanent employees, trainees, and on-call staff.

What We're Looking for in You

A colleague who can bring this role to life with their enthusiasm, guest-oriented attitude, and smile. You are dedicated, a team player, and hospitable, and you know how to exceed guests’ expectations. You have a professional and proactive attitude and enjoy chatting with our Members and guests. Relevant work experience in the hospitality industry is a plus. You have at least a vocational education (MBO) level of work and thinking and have an excellent command of both Dutch and English.
