Your Role at The Duke

As an Events Coordinator, you’ll oversee events from start to finish and take care of everything for our members—from the initial idea to proper follow-up. You’re familiar with golf and the tee times, keep track of what’s happening on the course, and ensure that all departments are working in sync. You actively collaborate with members, identify opportunities, and encourage your colleagues to go the extra mile. Everything on the grounds must be just right—the appearance, the atmosphere, every detail—and you help maintain that standard.

With one of the most beautiful 18-hole golf courses in the Netherlands, The Charles restaurant, various meeting rooms, the charming Clubhouse, The Royal Duke for large groups, and the luxurious Suites, The Duke is a unique place to work. What We're Looking for in You

Experience in event management;
Golf experience and knowledge of golf tournaments;
You have strong organizational skills;
You have strong communication skills and are confident;
You are independent, solution-oriented, and able to handle stress;
Flexible availability, including weekends.
