Full of enthusiasm and energy, the team at The Duke is ready to serve its members and guests 7 days a week. For us as employees, this offers the opportunity to work very flexibly. Would you prefer a day off during the week or on the weekend? Thanks to the rotating schedules, there are many possibilities.

As a Night Butler, you are the face of The Duke during the night. You ensure that guests can count on the highest level of service even late into the night. You maintain peace, safety, and continuity within our club and suites. In this multifaceted role, you serve not only as a host or hostess, but also as a supervisor, point of contact, organizer, and coordinator.

You will work under the supervision of the Hotel Manager, but you will operate independently and be responsible for the night shift.

Your Role at The Duke

Your Responsibilities
•Welcoming, assisting, and informing guests in a warmand courteous manner
• Checkingguestsinandout
• Answeringphone calls and emails
•Conductingsecurity roundsin and around the property, including monitoring security cameras
• Identifyingand resolving security risks and irregularities
• Performingvarious administrative tasks
• Performing minor maintenance tasks
• Respondingto emergencies and, if necessary, contacting emergency services
• Addressinginappropriate behavior in an appropriate manner
• Ensuringthe building maintains a professional appearance
• Trainingnew colleagues
• Contributingto a positive team spirit and collaboration

What We're Looking for in You

• Youare professional, proactive, and have a service-oriented attitude

• Youhave experience in a similar role, preferably in high-end hospitality or 5-star service

• Youare solution-oriented, independent, and responsible

• Youhave excellent communication skills (Dutch and English)

• Youhave an eye for detail, etiquette, and discretion

• Youare flexible and willing to work night and weekend shifts

• Youhave a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)

• Youshould preferably live in the region
